What a great discovery, nothing is left to chance at Monsieur Paquin's table. The chef's attention and passion can be seen in each plate without exception. The atmosphere is strict and the service very present but this is a sign of professionalism. I loved the work on fruit and vegetables, the leek was wonderfully presented, the tomato fruit as well. Perfectly mastered cooking of meat and fish. Creativity in desserts is maintained, I will never forget the sublime creation of blueberry mushrooms in dessert with an exquisite aesthetic. The taste buds keep eternal memories of the pairings worked by Mr. Paquin and his team. THANKS

Very pleasant moment. The little touches at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the meal are very appreciable. It’s really added value. The bread is excellent as are the wines offered to accompany the menus. Excellent Muscat from Ginglinger.
The service is top notch.
Dessert is the best dish.
Small downside: the tables deserve a little more care.

After reading a nice review in a food newsletter, this was our first time at the restaurant Le Gaulois, and what a great experience this was! We had the 4 course menu “Inspiration”with a very nice wine pairing. The mushroom blackcurrant dessert was an unusual pairing but truly exceptional! Service was very professional and friendly and the restaurant is very nicely decorated. Definitely to return to!!
