I went there twice during my stay and depending on the server, I didn't get the same welcome. Clearly, politeness and respect for the customer was not the priority of all the staff. However, my 3 year old son was very happy, there was coloring and it was clearly a family atmosphere. Apart from the crepes, the other dishes seemed partly frozen and arrived overcooked. I don't recommend the place but it wasn't the most pleasant restaurant in the area.

We ate there on August 14, very well received.
Once seated, they immediately brought us coloring pages with colored pencils for our children.
We were served quickly, our children first.
And I want to note that I have never eaten such good mussels and fries with blue cheese from Auvergne, a real cheese cream with pieces of cheese! Far from the watery sauces with a little cream and an aftertaste of cheese that you find everywhere! Including in other restaurants in Ouistreham.
I really recommend this restaurant!
I would go back without fail

Great discovery during this first stay in Normandy. We went there twice. The 1st to test, the 2nd to enjoy it! It's the best in terms of quality and price!
Succulent dishes (whether pancakes or brasserie dishes) and the friendliest service!
Only 4 stars for the atmosphere because the tables would benefit from being a little more spaced apart to avoid the feeling of being "crowded in". But everything else is super great 👍👍
We are returning to Lorraine and keeping this restaurant in mind to recommend it 👍

Came on August 15 with entertainment on the port, restaurant filled with waiting on the sidewalk.
And a server who comes to see each person who joins the queue to warn of the wait. Once installed, quick ordering but without rushing us either. Everything is fluid, even though there are a lot of people. Hats off to every staff member.
Regarding the meal, everything was very good, with an ice cream menu to die for (Glaces des Alpes)

Personnel sympathique, accueil agréable.
La salle est chargée d’histoire, où se retrouvent des habitués, c’était le fief du dernier survivant des commandos Kieffer sur les pas de Léon Gauthier.
Vous trouverez un autocollant des commandos sur la vitre où il avait l’habitude de manger.
Les plats sont sans prétentions, c’est simple, goûteux, et correct. Cuisine et plats locaux.
Régalez vous bien !

The staff were excellent and nothing was a problem for them they were very busy but still had time to talk
They speak perfect English so no problems if your French isn’t that great . The food was very good and served with a short time between courses not forced Inn and out like some places
