Le Golden sur Aix-Les-Bains

We are a young couple with a 2-year-old daughter, and our stay was simply perfect. We recommend it without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome.

The meal was excellent, with a high-quality menu. The diverse and refined dishes delighted our palates. The service was good, with a professional team, some members more experienced than others, but without any missteps. The only slight drawback was the background music, which was a bit too loud and, combined with the surrounding atmosphere, created a sometimes oppressive hubbub. The paid parking, considering the price of the room, is also a negative point. Finally, while the noon check-out time is understandable, the inability to use the spa after noon is regrettable. The facilities, equipped with lockers, changing rooms, and hairdryers, would allow access until 2:30 p.m., while still allowing time to prepare the spa for the arrival of new guests at 3:00 p.m. Despite these few points, we had a wonderful time during our romantic getaway. I happily recommend this establishment.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for three people, we were with a child. There is a cooler with plain or sparkling water on each floor. The reception area is well-equipped. I also liked the spa, it is well adapted for children of any age, even the youngest. I will mention some points just for information, because I don’t know if they are on the website. The adult spa area is only available from 16 years old, so if you are with a child who has no one to leave with, this area will not be available to you. Only the children’s spa area will be available to you. The children’s spa area is available until 20:45, but if you are with a child, you will be asked to leave this area at exactly 20:00. But you can stay there without a child until 20:45. The adult spa area is available until 23:00.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The spa and rooms are really lovely, as is the staff. The bedding is a little firm, but that's just a personal opinion; everyone has different preferences. There was also a slight issue with the elevator; the wait was a bit long at times, but apart from that, we were delighted. We would gladly return.

Clean Excellent reception Underground parking costs €15 per night Close to town and markets, surrounded by several parks. There's a delicious Tunisian restaurant nearby called Carthage; I recommend it.

Fantastic stay at the Riviera hotel, everything was perfect. The suite was very clean and well laid out, with everything you could need. The spa was just perfect, and with two children, the welcome was top-notch. We will definitely return to this hotel.

We had a lovely stay, a few days during the Easter holidays. From reception to the spa, all the staff were attentive and caring. The place is pleasant, relaxing, well-maintained, with impeccable hygiene, and the grounds are magnificent. I highly recommend it and we can't wait to return. ❤️
