Le Golden sur Aix-Les-Bains

Very clean hotel, room not given on time but gesture made for the delay instead of leaving at 12:00 p.m. suddenly at 1:00 p.m. on the other hand lunch not great too much mess waiting on the stairs never seen before and not worthy of a 4 star aqua fun space a bit small and the same it's not easy one thing on one floor and the other on another other not very easy to access go up take another elevator. we did 4 stars and really much better and much cheaper because I find that the price is excessive for the services. And really the strong point is the cleanliness.

Magnificent stay at the Golden Tulip: hotel very well located in the city center, very pleasant staff, very spacious and comfortable superior room, more than generous and varied breakfast. The La Parenthese spa with direct access is just perfect with a quiet and relaxing floor for adults and a floor where children are accepted and which is very well decorated. Romantic weekend to repeat!!

Perfect for a short weekend, the SPA is very beautiful.

To have a drink. The man at the bar is very friendly and polite which is unfortunately becoming rare today. The setting is pleasant and warm with the armchairs.

Nice place but... poorly maintained toilets... sloppiness, too bad.... very average coffee, poor taste compared to an excellent Mojito cocktail. Good value for money

Excellent location in the city center. Beautiful hotel with beautiful infrastructure and beautiful spaces. The Spa is really pleasant but the deckchairs could do with a good cleaning. Very warm welcome from the receptionists and some members of the staff (while others don't even say hello...). Varied and copious breakfast buffet. Concerning the rooms, very nice decoration, good bedding, but a few shortcomings reported on our departure in terms of cleanliness.
