We received very friendly service. They speak both French and German. We received a good explanation when we explained what we were looking for. There is a 24/7 vending machine next to the shop. Handy if you know exactly what you are looking for.
We ordered goose foie gras in a glass jar.
We had to follow up to find out if it had been shipped, and in the end, we were disappointed with the quality.
We found it tasteless and no better than foie gras from a supermarket.
What a shame!
We will not be ordering from this producer again.
