Le Goldert sur Gueberschwihr

After seeing a report we stopped to buy some goose foie gras on the road for our vacation, luckily there was still some left a few days before the holidays! Originally from the Landes, we are used to duck foie gras so we were very curious to taste goose foie gras and we were not disappointed, a real treat! In addition, the no-force-feeding approach is really an excellent initiative, well done to you and good luck for the future.
