Everything is perfect from reception to exit (Advice, Service, Cuisine, Location, Atmosphere).

Une salle réduite mais confortable, on s'y sent bien. Tenue par un couple jovial et attentionné, on sent qu'ils aiment ce qu ils font.
Une carte suffisamment garnie pour trouver son bonheur.
Et c'est excellent ! Le patron est de bon conseil sans pousser à la consommation.
Bref un bel endroit où aller si vous étes dans le secteur.
Attention, il vaut mieux réserver car il n' y a que 20 couverts.

I went there with my wife on May 28. We were welcomed and served by a passionate boss who spoke without embellishment. I like. The cuisine is fine and made with quality products. What a nice surprise !

Passing through regularly for work, I discovered this restaurant by chance and I ate extremely well. The value for money is impressive and the service impeccable.

Great discovery in Gaillon.
Everything is good and fresh.
Of course a majority of seafood dishes, that's why we went there. But there is still meat.
Atmosphere and friendly service.
I'm not putting photos, go and find out for yourself, and you'll have your eyes and taste buds full.

As we travel, we sometimes come across gems like Le grain de sel. Small cozy room, well-chosen music, very cool and friendly welcome, cuisine made with passion with simple dishes but with superb fresh and quality products. The whelks are the best I have ever eaten and the fish blanquette was delicious. And the melting tatin!!
