Excellent service. The food is delicious! I recommend it.

My second experience was just as successful as the first. The staff were lovely and understanding, taking excellent care of their customers. The products were very good and the price was very reasonable. They were perfectly accommodating to my disability. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and the wonderful time I spent there.

A place you won't regret visiting. Claire, Xavier, and their staff are lovely and incredibly attentive to their customers. Excellent food at very reasonable prices (e.g., 350g duck breast with sides, €25). From June to September, on Sunday evenings, there's a fire pit on the terrace under the market hall, often with live music (check their Facebook page, Grand Café-Surgères, for updates).

We love coming to Le Grand Café on Saturday mornings for our coffee during the market; the atmosphere is lively and very pleasant. We sometimes have lunch there, and we always have a wonderful time: the dishes are delicious, generous, and served with a smile. A friendly place where you're always guaranteed a good time ☺️

I received a very warm welcome this Tuesday at the end of March, and the service was very quick. The meal was hearty and felt just like home, with its friendly atmosphere and fun signs! Thank you to the owner who adores her children! A little wink to the wise! I'll be back in Surgères and will definitely return to this magical brasserie!
