Hotel very well located by the sea. Warm welcome, high quality food, the hotel is very well maintained, the room is magnificent and the view exceptional. To recommend without any hesitation for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Beautiful, modern and well located house. Own free parking spaces. Good breakfast and great food in the gourmet restaurant. The very friendly staff speaks English. We liked it there - despite the high prices.

The hotel's location is idyllic, offering stunning ocean views and direct access to a sandy beach, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun and waves. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and a large bathroom. Every detail was carefully thought out, from the quality linens to the comfort of the bed. The ambient calm, lulled by the sound of the waves, offered a perfect setting for a total escape. Breakfast, served facing the ocean, offered a wide choice of fresh, local products. Finally, the service was impeccable throughout the stay. The staff was attentive, always available to meet our needs, while being discreet. Whether for a romantic weekend, a family stay or a relaxing stay, this hotel is a real gem. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a unique experience in Biscarrosse, between luxury, comfort and nature.

**Superb stay at the hotel, with attentive staff, an ideal location, and a magnificent view.** We had a truly memorable stay at the hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with great courtesy by attentive and dedicated staff. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, offering wonderful views of the surrounding area which really added a special touch to our stay. It was a real pleasure to wake up every morning to such a splendid panorama, which contributed to our relaxation and well-being. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of our stay. He was simply superb! The variety of choices was impressive: fresh fruit, crispy pastries, hot dishes, and much more. Everything was delicious, and we really felt that the products were of quality. It's a real treat to start the day with such a feast. However, we were a little disappointed with our evening restaurant experience. Although the setting was just as pleasant, the menu seemed strange to us and the flavor pairings were not always successful. For an establishment of this standing, we expected more consistent dishes, both in terms of taste and price. Compared to other starred restaurants that we visited, this one unfortunately did not meet our expectations, both in terms of taste and quality. It's a real shame, because everything else about our stay was impeccable.

We had a pleasant time. The welcome is impeccable and attentive. Nickel room, however I have a problem with the immaculate white. It lacks a little warmth and decoration, even if I understood the visual identity well. Perfect breakfast. The restaurant is excellent with original cuisine. The service is perfect.

Reservation in the name of Delmas Like the previous year, we are very happy with our stay in your hotel. The room was incredible with a bathtub overlooking the ocean, the receptionist very pleasant and very kind. We had a small problem, she resolved it very quickly while being professional. Regarding breakfast in bed, it was incredible. Very happy collaborating with the Rituals brand which is a range that we use a lot. Regarding the masseuse, we are really very happy, it’s even the best massage we’ve had. Thank you to the whole team, we will come back a third time with pleasure next year ☺️
