The view from the room is breathtaking. The room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The common areas could use a little updating (stairs, pool, pool terrace). I booked a 90-minute massage in advance: special mention to the masseuse for the quality of the massage; she has magic hands, I highly recommend her.

Great restaurant, full sea view, excellent cuisine

Here is a polished Google Maps review, around 250 words: We were in the area for a few days with colleagues, working on virtual tours for vineyards and châteaux nearby, and decided to stop off in Biscarrosse almost by chance. We chose Le Bar Restaurant de la Plage without much planning, and it turned out to be one of the best surprises of our trip. The location is absolutely superb. The views from the terrace restaurant are wonderful — genuinely breathtaking — and it was such a refreshing change from the vineyard and château scenery less than 45 minutes away. It felt like a completely different atmosphere, relaxed, open, and perfectly positioned by the coast. The food was exceptional. Everything we ordered was well prepared, full of flavour, and presented with care. Considering the quality of the food, the setting, and the overall experience, we also found it very reasonably priced. The staff were lovely throughout our visit: welcoming, attentive, and professional without being intrusive. They helped make the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable, which is exactly what you want when you are taking a break from a busy working trip. We ended up spending one of the best days of our visit here. It was relaxed, memorable, and far better than we expected from a chance stop. We would definitely visit again when working in the area, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone passing through Biscarrosse or looking for a beautiful place to eat with outstanding views.

A wonderful little paradise close to the ocean, the town center, the beaches, and restaurants. The staff is kind, friendly, and pleasant, always attentive to your needs. The season didn't allow us to enjoy the infinity pool or the terrace, but we will be back!

We stayed a few nights at the Grand Hôtel de la Plage in Biscarrosse, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The location is simply incredible, with views and easy access that made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was top-notch: all the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms are very comfortable and well-maintained, the breakfast is excellent with high-quality products, and the hotel restaurant is simply amazing. A huge thank you to the entire team for this memorable stay. We can't wait to come back! P.S.: Thanks for fixing the phone charger :)

The welcome at the restaurant was very brief; for a 4-star hotel restaurant, that's unacceptable! However, the meal itself was decent, with some creative touches. Another complaint: there's no parking nearby; you have to walk from the bottom, and if it's raining, you arrive soaked! Also, be aware that the accessible toilets don't seem to meet accessibility standards (the toilet bowl is too low).

An incredible stay at this fabulous hotel right by the ocean. The welcome, the rooms, the amenities, and the restaurant were all impeccable. We loved it!

For me, the best gastronomic experience in the region. Yesterday, March 1st. Deserves Michelin stars. Rare. The soufflé for dessert is to die for! 😊 Can't wait until April 5th to introduce it to the family. Thank you for the warm welcome.
