We stayed a few nights at the Grand Hôtel de la Plage in Biscarrosse, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end.
The location is simply incredible, with views and easy access that made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was top-notch: all the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional.
The rooms are very comfortable and well-maintained, the breakfast is excellent with high-quality products, and the hotel restaurant is simply amazing.
A huge thank you to the entire team for this memorable stay. We can't wait to come back!

The welcome at the restaurant was very brief; for a 4-star hotel restaurant, that's unacceptable! However, the meal itself was decent, with some creative touches. Another complaint: there's no parking nearby; you have to walk from the bottom, and if it's raining, you arrive soaked! Also, be aware that the accessible toilets don't seem to meet accessibility standards (the toilet bowl is too low).

We were already familiar with the restaurant, which is very good and excellent value for money. We discovered the hotel, which was a very positive experience: a professional and warm welcome, good soundproofing, a superb view, comfortable beds, a spacious room, and finally, an excellent breakfast with high-quality products. We will definitely be back!
