A truly wonderful stay at the Grand Puech hotel-restaurant, nestled in the peaceful village of Mimet. The restaurant is excellent: the fresh pasta dishes are delicious, the wine carefully selected, and the dessert a delightful surprise! All with the authentic taste of Italy.
The welcome was warm and attentive. The chef kindly offered us a shower after the Mimet trail run (after check-out), which was a very thoughtful touch.
The only area for improvement was the breakfast, which was a bit basic considering the quality of the restaurant. The bathroom could also have benefited from a more thorough cleaning.
