Tasty cuisine with beautiful dressing. Efficient room service (server loyal to the establishment for around forty years). Pleasant time in a friendly setting.

Great disappointment compared to what we experienced not so long ago!
At lunchtime, menu at 32€90, much too expensive for what is offered and served.
A few tips of undercooked, stringy green asparagus and a soft-boiled egg. What a shame not to get supplies from local asparagus producers!
Butcher's cut (faux filet), industrial pepper sauce and soft fries, worthy of a highway cafeteria, not a traditional restaurant.
As for the dessert, certainly good, but without specific implementation: ice cream, strawberries, whipped cream.
