Passing by chance between the North and the Landes. Incredible A strong-willed manager and a genuine person. The black pudding 👌 .... A feast. Lunch menu for €20 👌 I'll definitely remember this place!

Great welcome, the burgers are delicious and plentiful.

Arriving by motorbike, I had initially spotted the restaurant Le Gascon in Moustey. Once I arrived, the restaurant was closed and seemed abandoned, even though Google Maps showed it as open. In the end, the restaurant Le Haut Landais, just across the street, was open, with people sitting at the tables. After asking the waiter, they revealed that the restaurant belonged to them. When the weather was nice, they closed the restaurant. I sat down at the table. A lovely gizzard salad to start, followed by a rib-eye steak. The dishes were generous. The service was relatively fast. We enjoyed a lovely terrace, well shaded under the trees. A good little village restaurant that was still worth the detour. Plenty of parking, credit cards accepted.

Excellent. You can go there with your eyes closed. Excellent traditional cuisine.

We stopped by chance while passing through, and what a lovely surprise! We were very well received, and the menu was very reasonably priced and of good quality. The food was generous and of good quality. We highly recommend it, if only for the kindness of the welcome.

On our way to our vacation, we had lunch at this establishment. The terrace in a bucolic setting was a welcome invitation to a stopover. There were three of us, and the smiling and affable welcome put us at ease. The decent and well-paired dishes satisfied our appetites, which had been worked up by the long drive. Sated, we hit the road again toward the North with the feeling of having shared a good meal.

A suspended moment highlighted by succulent Gascon dishes. It's worth the detour.
