Our children treated us to a meal at Hittau St. Vincent in Tyrosse. What a discovery! The dishes were sublime, the ingredients beautifully presented, even the bread was homemade and delicious!
The wines were chosen with great care; it was a discovery of products paired intelligently and meticulously! Bravo to the chefs, bravo to the waitstaff who knew their stuff and guided us in our choices of dishes and wines! Bravo to the owners!

An excellent restaurant where the chef skillfully combines ingredients, textures, and cooking techniques. All presented on beautiful, appropriately sized tableware that showcases the culinary choices. No complaints about the food: a truly wonderful experience.
However, there are a few minor improvements to be made to the service: a smile when presenting the dishes would be appreciated (and expected, in my opinion), and removing crumbs and seeds from the table would be helpful (the homemade seeded bread is very good, but seeds quickly end up all over the table and on your forearms...). This was only done before dessert...

An excellent meal from start to finish. A well-balanced tasting menu, perfectly paired with unusual wines (special mention for a 2014 Roussillon served at its peak).
Pleasant and warm service throughout. A well-deserved star.

Hello.
My husband and I came to the Hittau restaurant on the recommendation of a customer.
We were delighted by the ambiance, the impeccable and charming service, and especially the quality of the meal.
We ate very well, with the trout (for me) and the lobster (for my husband) being particularly delicious.
The wine selection is also excellent, with a sommelier who explains the origin and history of each wine... and, most importantly, makes excellent choices!
A small but always appreciated touch: a candle lit for my husband's birthday.
We will gladly return to this restaurant.
I can't wait to see the next menu! ;)

Called day before and was lucky to get a Saturday dinner reservation. Service was great from the warm welcome to the knowledge of the sommelier and servers. The food was simply outstanding. Each bite or spoonful was a complex combinations of flavours and textures. The recommended wines by the glass were the perfect accompaniment. Our evening was a wonderful experience.
