An exceptional experience from start to finish. Each dish was remarkably refined, perfectly executed, and bursting with flavor—a true delight. The service was impeccable, both attentive and discreet, and the elegant setting enhanced the entire experience. A truly great restaurant that richly deserves its Michelin star. We will definitely return.

Our children treated us to a meal at Hittau St. Vincent in Tyrosse. What a discovery! The dishes were sublime, the ingredients beautifully presented, even the bread was homemade and delicious! The wines were chosen with great care; it was a discovery of products paired intelligently and meticulously! Bravo to the chefs, bravo to the waitstaff who knew their stuff and guided us in our choices of dishes and wines! Bravo to the owners!

An excellent restaurant where the chef skillfully combines ingredients, textures, and cooking techniques. All presented on beautiful, appropriately sized tableware that showcases the culinary choices. No complaints about the food: a truly wonderful experience. However, there are a few minor improvements to be made to the service: a smile when presenting the dishes would be appreciated (and expected, in my opinion), and removing crumbs and seeds from the table would be helpful (the homemade seeded bread is very good, but seeds quickly end up all over the table and on your forearms...). This was only done before dessert...
