21/03/2026: A welcome worthy of their country: smiles on their lips and in their eyes. A superb Mediterranean kir as an aperitif…🤩 And their couscous was a delight: tender lamb skewers, slightly pink, the semolina a delicate, fine mist, and their couscous broth with its barely crisp vegetables made this meal a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The house wine was excellent. And there was also a harmony between them. Everything flowed smoothly, without a hitch. I'm going to book for April 4th… Because, given the packed house, it's best to book in advance. Thank you to the kitchen and service teams.
