Friday of the Ascension weekend. Very crowded. A little difficult to get a seat and have our order taken, but we were served quickly and it was good.

A very beautiful restaurant, both inside and out. The staff are incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. We highly recommend it. And being able to leave your car in their parking lot and easily walk to Mont Saint-Michel is a real plus.

Dinner there enhanced our visi to MSM. I really enjoyed the lamb and my husband enjoyed his vegetarian selection. I particularly noted the pleasant hum of diners enjoying their meal, like the buzz of a beehive. Not stuffy and not boisterous, just pleasant.

The service needs improvement. We were served an appetizer without being told what it was. For dessert, the main element was missing: the caramel in the apple.

30/06/2026: Excellent marks for the kitchen team… absolutely top-notch! The dishes were perfectly executed: presentation, seasoning, and flavors were impeccable… and the main courses followed suit without a hitch 👏🏼 However, a much more critical review goes to Kevin in the dining room, who greeted us in a completely unprofessional manner from the moment we arrived, with comments that made us hesitate to stay… a real shame, because his other colleagues were excellent. Once again, the customer experience is a whole package… you can be very satisfied with what's on your plate, but inappropriate and unpleasant behavior from the staff can ruin everything.
30/06/2026: Excellent food, beautiful presentation. The place was a bit noisy, making it difficult to have a conversation.

L'Ermitage Mont Saint Michel

20/05/2026: Lovely meal with my Mum while on holiday. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Well worth the money and experience.
18/05/2026: Very nice and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. Great location to visit the abbey and island. Got good recommendations how to get there (bike rental!).
