Le Jardin Sucre sur Cernay-La-Ville

My favorite place to eat the best pistachio tartlet! For 5 years, the recipe hasn't changed. Still as delicious as ever! We drive 50km to get there and we buy them for any occasion (or not), whether it's the pack of 8 or individual tartlets.

The macarons have a very successful texture, crunchy and melting at the same time, but I was a little disappointed by the flavor, which is not very enhanced, making it difficult to know what I am tasting.

A wonderful discovery! The food is delicious, with a menu crafted with expertise and skill. A very pleasant setting for a bucolic break in the heart of the Chevreuse Valley. A superb welcome that makes you want to return. Yum!

Never disappointed after many visits to this pastry shop. The pastries are carefully crafted, not too sweet, seasonal, and simply excellent. I'd also like to add that the quality-to-price ratio is perfectly reasonable. Thank you to the sales staff for their warm welcome; we will continue to recommend your pastry shop. We had high expectations for this pastry shop, which had been highly recommended. The pastries are beautiful and the welcome was warm. We had excellent macarons and a delicious flan, but were particularly disappointed by the cream puff. Despite its exorbitant price (€7), this pastry clearly lacked flavor and appeal, not to mention its ridiculously small size. Its only redeeming feature was its pretty design. We will probably return for the flan and the macarons. 3.25/5

A real gem in Cernay! We never tire of it: the pastries are incredibly delicate, both visually and in terms of taste. What I particularly appreciate is the constant renewal of their signature creations, seasonal specials, and limited-edition items (which only last 15 days, so you have to be quick!). Special mention goes to their praline cakes (the pistachio one is a little marvel) and their macarons, which more than deserve their title of French champions. We tried their Yule logs at Christmas and their galettes des rois at Epiphany: flawless every time. Don't miss the iconic Pistachio & Orange Blossom Tart: it's been their signature since they opened and it's simply irresistible. Between the praline center, the melting ganache, and the crunch of the caramelized pistachios, it's a perfect balance (it's also incredible in the 4-person version for family meals!). The service is always top-notch; the team knows their products inside and out, even the most specialized ingredients. The little tea room is super cozy for a break with a good cup of tea. PS: If you're ever near Dampierre, their "La Chocolaterie" tea room is also a must-visit!
