Samuel, you're the best waiter I've ever had! Thank you for your responsiveness, spontaneity, and kindness. And thank you to the whole team at Jip's; the food and cocktails are amazing! P.S.: Be careful, the bathroom door is a push-to-open door (I waited 15 minutes because I thought it had to be pulled).

The owner is extremely difficult during these poetry events! He practically kicked out all the other customers because he was speaking a little too loudly! What a shame. Sundays are definitely not for the taking.

A great spot for drinks in a Cuban atmosphere. Nice setting, cool vibe with good music. Good selection of cocktails at €5 during happy hour — good value for money.

The tapas are excellent! And for me, the best are the Chilean Wifi tapas made by the manager, Ganesh! Absolutely amazing! The cooked dishes are very good! I wouldn't give it 5 stars because it's not a gourmet restaurant! But it's very good! Thank you, Jannot, Ganesh, and Mouna!

The owner, Jannot, is incredibly welcoming: simple, friendly, and cheerful. I've loved the Bora Bora and the tilapia ever since my first visit to Jip's Café! Excellent atmosphere. Thank you ❤️

14/06/2026: The legendary salsa venue in Paris is no longer at its peak... who doesn't know Alex, Sergio or Herminio and his legendary jokes 😅.
06/05/2026: I visited on a Wednesday evening for a beginner's Cuban salsa class. We had a great time with my group! The instructors made us feel comfortable and were excellent communicators. I'll keep the address in mind for my next class!
