A simple and uncluttered atmosphere, a welcome respite from the heatwave. The dining room wasn't particularly grand, and it was even a bit noisy. But this perfectly complemented what followed: the service and the cuisine! Refined and well-presented. The dishes flowed seamlessly, each offering a discovery of new flavors. Every bite was a delight. Some things were less to my liking; I should have chosen my dish more carefully. My wife had an exceptional meal. The appetizers were sophisticated and bursting with flavor. The dessert selection was filled with petits fours and other treats, certainly worth discovering and rediscovering. I was slightly less impressed by the two wines I tasted, even though their aromas were superb and complex. The same goes for the coffee, which I chose somewhat randomly.

First visit to this beautifully decorated restaurant. A very pleasant welcome from smiling staff, white tablecloths and napkins, a delicious meal with carefully selected and well-combined ingredients, all for the incredible price of 24 euros per person. I'll definitely be back!

A superb evening spent with family to celebrate our son's 20th birthday. The cuisine was refined, inventive, and delicious, with impeccable service from two extremely friendly and attentive waitresses. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of the candle on our son's dessert, which we hadn't specifically requested. This discreet but unexpected gesture delighted him immensely. We highly recommend this restaurant; you live up to your excellent reputation. It was a truly magical moment. Thank you to the entire team. We will definitely be back.

What a truly wonderful meal, where every ingredient was perfectly balanced in flavor and every course was a masterpiece! And the service was impeccable… We were absolutely thrilled and can only say THANK YOU… For me, this was truly sophisticated cuisine that deserves many awards… Every jus and sauce was divine ♥️ The wine pairing was perfect, the Crémant d'Alsat was excellent… Personally, I found the wine list and pricing convincingly fair; champagne from €64 per bottle! (Unfortunately, I had to drive)… Bravo Le Karelian
