It's a shame the terrace was closed. The room was a bit cramped.

Excellent restaurant where you can enjoy typical local cuisine. Excellent wine and quality service. We dined inside in a pleasant setting, but they have a lovely terrace overlooking the stream (reservations are recommended). Satisfied with everything!

Discovered one evening in early August, tucked away on a main street. A superb terrace in an inner courtyard. The service was very slow due to the crowds, and the young staff, a young woman who had just started, took our order. We were taken after three other tables that had arrived after us. The Hugo was very light on elderflower and ice, so it was quite diluted with the sparkling wine and sparkling water. We ordered pike-perch fillet on sauerkraut with matelote sauce. The fish was very good and cooked perfectly, but the matelote sauce was sorely lacking in flavor.
The desserts were good. We still had a lovely evening.

How can you serve a carafe of supposedly chilled water at room temperature for the first seating when it's 35 degrees outside? After complaining, we were given two ice cubes. Upon leaving, we complained again, and they said the ice machine was broken. Okay. In that case, they should put the carafes in the fridge from 9 a.m. This is what real dining is all about. You have to get up early and plan ahead. It's a shame we had to cut our meal short; no dessert.
