An excellent place. The flan is perfect: wonderfully vanilla-flavored, creamy in the center, with a crust that stays crisp—a rare find. The Paris-Brest also lives up to expectations, with a well-balanced praline flavor that isn't cloying. A friendly welcome is an added bonus. I highly recommend it.

Superb bakery! Since moving to Annecy, I know where to treat myself. The quality is top-notch, the pastries are original, and the price reflects the quality of the products. The sandwiches could be a bit more generous for the price, though. It's a shame the young man at the counter constantly chews gum while speaking to customers, every time. It's not very professional, especially in the service/food industry. He also doesn't seem to know the products he sells. When you ask what the chocolate croissant (raspberry) is, he replies, "I don't know." We have to ask him if he can ask a colleague, but he doesn't bother to do it himself. 😅

The sandwiches are simply delicious and generous, everything you could want for a good picnic.

Honestly this is the best boulangerie and patisserie in annecy. Their venoissarie is without fault and their patisseries are incredible. Comparable with any where in Paris. Truly exceptional

So far the best croissant in France. A beautiful pastry plave in Annecy. Had our breakfast there the whole stay and their dessert is not any less in quality.

We got the croissant, pain aux chocolate and the main aux raisin and they’re all amazing! The atmosphere is friendly and the spoke English. Will definitely come back but make sure you go early as they sell out quite fast
