I have never given an opinion on this restaurant despite having eaten there and taken takeaway several times. I went back there while passing through Toulouse and nothing changed, a couscous of incomparable flavor and very hearty. The service is very pleasant as is the place. I recommend. Also do take away!!

L'accueil était très sympathique et chaleureux. Le coucous très copieux et très bon, pas de tajine le samedi soir. C'est petit, il vaut mieux réserver. Ils font aussi la vente à emporter. Musique et ambiance en accord avec le couscous, un vrai dépaysement.

Une expérience incroyable ! L'accueil est très chaleureux, on se sent comme à la maison. Le couscous est absolument délicieux, j'ai pris un couscous végétarien et il était malgré l'absence de viande très complet et savoureux, je me suis régalée. Les portions sont très généreuses, nous avons pu emporter les restes chez nous ce qui nous a permis de continuer à nous régaler le reste de la semaine. Les prix sont très abordables par rapport aux quantités et à la qualité ! Probablement un des meilleurs couscous de Toulouse.

Un couscous délicieux aux généreuses kefta de veau subtilement parfumée une semoule fine incroyable aux épices secrètes venues du Maroc et un service souriant ! Bref parfait ! Une expérience marocaine à renouveler

20/03/2024: Very close to the Carmes, in a small street, this restaurant has a decoration that is both modern and warm. The main room is under a glass roof, hence the name of the restaurant. At lunchtime menu at €27, starter, dessert course. It's good and quite filling. Young, friendly and efficient waitress. A good address in this neighborhood
19/03/2024: Very nice experience, we opted for the 4-step surprise menu + food and wine pairing. We feasted ! The service is quality, the staff is attentive.

05/04/2024: Excellent. Quite an intimate place, which from a distance looks like a fast food restaurant like you find on this street. But once seated, the experience is completely different. The chef is very friendly and cooks really well. The flavors of Lebanon are there.
28/03/2024: Super. We were there 9 years ago and this Easter vacation we have decided to repeat and again, a success. The eggplant galette is spectacular, as is the hummus... And I imagine the falafel too, because when we went today they were sold out!!! It is a place to go without rushing, but it has a pleasant atmosphere that makes you not mind waiting
