The only place for “marmite de boeuf epicé”, which is addictive! For their specialty cuisine this is the best place in this area (Chez Xu down the street for a broader, more general menu). This place seems to be a secret for those “who know”- ie, the clientele is 90% Chinese/Asian, which is usually an excellent sign that the food is indeed authentic.

A restaurant that I have frequented since I was little. This is the restaurant I recommend to taste Chinese cuisine without finding yourself tasting “industrial” dishes from Chinese caterers. The cuisine is really excellent, I recommend: - Beef pot garnished with tofu and cabbage - Imperial chicken (my favorite) - Eggplant pot with ground pork - Mapo Tofu I repeat myself but I love their cuisine, the only downside is the waiting time due to the limited number of places and the significant influence of people.

My friend who couldn't drink beer now loves beer. I brought it to my favorite Chinese restaurant and ate beef stew and stir-fried tripe while drinking three large bottles of Tsingtao. A more perfect beer snack would be rare. The beef was so soft that I thought it was beef, and the tripe was salty and spicy. next time another I want to test the menu quickly. My friend ordered one last bottle, so I ended up being the last customer and the closing time was delayed. Sorry~!

You should try the “水煮牛鍋” here. Most customers are Asians including Japanese. If you have a sensitive stomach, don’t eat too much. It’s amazing, you should try once!
