I had an unforgettable experience at this restaurant. The concept of choosing between two set menus without knowing what you'll eat was incredible for my taste buds. The choice of ingredients and the bold combinations created by the chef, who also opted for Norman products, are simply marvelous. All this in a setting with such an exceptional view. I highly recommend it.
