Great location and comfortable room for 4 people, only problem is the absence of an elevator... a little hard with heavy suitcases, but we were on the 1st floor so it's okay...

Charming hotel, the room was very nice and very well equipped, it lacked nothing. The service is very attentive and professional and its location is great, you are right in the center and you can visit many places on foot. By the way, breakfast has everything very complete.

It was located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, so I had a safe trip thanks to it! And I really liked it because it was near the Louvre :) The staff who served you were very friendly, and if necessary, you could leave your luggage for a while after checking out and briefly visit the rest of your trip to Paris. Instead, I was a little disappointed that there was no refrigerator🥲 I will visit again next time!

Rooms were very tiny but very clean amd climated. Location is the best. Personel was polite.

For Japanese people <Access> Take the Roissy bus from the airport and get off at Opera. 15 minutes walk from the opera. <Surroundings> There are many people on the main street, but there are fewer people on the road in front of the hotel. There are few street lights and it is dark at night. There are cobblestones along the way, so be careful when carrying suitcases. Also, on rainy days there are many puddles. <Check-in> The staff is very kind. At check-in, present the representative's passport. Then pay the accommodation tax of 10.40€. If breakfast is included, choose between 7am and 11am. <Room> Take a simple elevator for one person to the guest room. The room is quite compact. There is no bathtub, and there is no separation between the shower and toilet. Has a washstand. When I take a shower, the floor gets all wet. When the room next door uses the toilet, you can hear the noise. Be careful of noise. <Amenities> The only amenities are a shower cap, cotton, and cotton swabs. No tissues. There is a hair dryer. There is a kettle. <Breakfast> Staple foods are croissants, pain au chocolat, pancakes, and white bread. Fruits are pine and orange. Other items include cheese, ham, and yogurt. Beverages include orange, apple, and other coffee types. There are few types. <Check out> Just hand over the room key. Since it was paid in advance, there was no particular settlement. If you would like to store your luggage after check-out, it is best to inquire in advance via email. I consulted with them on the morning of the day, but perhaps their English was not very good, and they told me that I should come back by 12:00 and check out. However, the staff had changed at the time of check-out, so I decided to leave my luggage there. he asked. I had already made a reservation for baggage storage and it was non-refundable, so I left it there.

We stayed for 3 nights in late February. Even after making a reservation through the official website, they responded very politely to any questions I had, and I was impressed by the hospitality they provided from check-in to check-out. We chose a room on the 4th floor of the building across the street from the main building, and our family of four, including our adult sons, enjoyed a comfortable stay. At home, I had a carry-on carry-on and a backpack, so I was able to climb the wooden stairs to the 4th floor, but I think it would be difficult to carry a suitcase the size of a checked-in suitcase. The facilities are not new, but they are clean and well-equipped. The adults had a double bed on the first floor, and the bed in the loft of the room was divided into two single beds for the children to use, but be careful of the stairs and the low ceiling. There is no bathtub, but the bathroom has a shower and toilet. A hair dryer was provided. There are almost no amenities, so don't forget your toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There is a dining table for 4 people in the living room, and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso, electric 2-burner stove, soup to flat plates, wine glasses to cups, knives, forks, spoons, knives, cutting boards, frying pans, pots, and wine openers. , dishwashing detergent set, etc. are all included. As a Japanese person, I recommend bringing slippers, a box of tissues, and wet tissues. It's a gourmet town, so of course you can go out to eat, but you can also buy wine and chilled side dishes at the nearby Monoprix and enjoy your meal in the comfort of your own room. I made a reservation through the official website, so breakfast was included, and although it wasn't luxurious, I had a delicious meal in the cozy breakfast room. After checking out, we were able to store our luggage at the front desk for free, which was helpful. This hotel is highly recommended if you are staying for several nights due to the size of the room, the contents, and the proximity to the Monoprix, Louvre, and metro stations.

Hotel very well located in Paris, quiet but value for money a little high given the comfort of the rooms and the bathroom. Friendly welcome.
