I ordered takeout today. The phone service was smooth and helpful. I was able to pick up my order 30 minutes later, as planned. The manager was very friendly, and we checked the order together; everything was there and perfectly organized. It was all neatly packed in an eco-friendly box—how thoughtful! Back home, I was able to share everything with the whole family. Everyone enjoyed it: delicious spring rolls, perfect beef and duck with basil, and the children's menus delighted the little ones. It had been a while since we'd ordered from Lotus Bleu, as we no longer live nearby, but thank you for this wonderful experience! I plan to make another trip to Douvaine soon because it's definitely worth it!

The dishes were all very good, from the soup to the fondue and the dessert. The only slight drawback was that the dishes didn't arrive together. The staff was friendly, and we had a very pleasant evening. We will gladly return.

The atmosphere was warm, but the table service was sorely lacking in courtesy. The least they could do is wait until guests had finished eating before clearing the table and handing out the dessert menu to those who ate more quickly.

Perhaps the best family restaurant in the area with amazing asian food, hudge choice, good prices, super kind people working there (our daughter Aria loves to come there;) ) Highly recommended.
