The dishes are refined, generous, and perfectly executed; the service is attentive without being intrusive; and the warm welcome immediately sets the tone for a place you'll want to return to. The setting is elegant and inviting, making the experience all the more enjoyable. A restaurant that combines quality, authenticity, and professionalism. A sure bet in Toulouse!

A very good gourmet restaurant. The welcome and service were warm and unpretentious. We opted for the four-course tasting menu with wine pairings. The dishes were flavorful, delicate, and authentic. The desserts were well-balanced and not too sweet. We had a wonderful evening.

We celebrated our poppy wedding anniversary at this restaurant, and it was absolutely flawless! 🌺 A warm welcome and an absolutely perfect waitress: attentive, cheerful, and highly professional. An excellent restaurant, but one that is not well known given the quality of the cuisine. A real treat, with dishes sometimes worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant.

In the flight path, obviously the planes are a bit noisy, but apart from that, we had a great time and the quality of both the service and the food made us forget the slight hearing inconvenience! :) Thank you!

We come here regularly with friends. The staff is lovely. The dishes are exquisite, and the menu changes frequently. From starters to desserts, our taste buds are delighted. The terrace is pleasant.

Very good restaurant with beautiful dishes and flavor combinations. It's just a shame we can't eat there in the summer.
