I recently stopped at the Crêperie-Grillades Le Madélo and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the staff. As soon as I arrived, I was taken care of with a smile and great attention. The terrace, well furnished and decorated with flowers, offers a pleasant setting to savor the dishes while enjoying the good weather. The main dishes like the entrecôte and the galette paysanne were delicious and well prepared. The entrecôte was perfectly cooked and served with crispy fries, while the galette paysanne was rich in flavor with fresh, well-balanced ingredients. I also enjoyed the whole galette, which was hearty and tasty. The portions were generous and the presentation careful. However, I found that certain dishes, such as the hot goat's cheese, lacked a little creativity and originality in the presentation. Additionally, the wait time to be served was slightly long, which can be improved. Despite these small details, the overall experience was very positive, and I recommend this establishment for those looking for a good meal in a friendly setting.

Very good value for money, excellent meat, simple but very good quality cuisine.

We ate one Saturday lunchtime with my husband, discovered on the go when arriving in Normandy and delighted with the experience. The pancakes are very good and well garnished, both sweet and savory. Warm and simple welcome but more than enough with the sympathy and good advice of the woman who received us. One of the best Périgord salads we have tasted with gizzards cooked to perfection. Very good time spending together with my husband and the experience to repeat during a next visit with pleasure!

Excellent gallettes, came twice in a few days when passing through the town. Would visit again, meat dishes also looked good.

Great atmosphere! Sympathy from the waitress and customers. Simple but very good food. Above all, friendly and family atmosphere. Remember to arrive on time, the waitress alone manages the service with a smile and sympathy, it's the least you can do for the smooth running of the service ☺️

Excellent repas. Tout est fait maison. L'entrée, galette sarrasin fourrée au saumon frais de Cherbourg avec petite sauce, était succulente. Brochette de filet mignon aux pommes, servie avec petit gratin de pomme de terre et petit gratin de carottes excellente également. Bon dessert : tâte aux fraises et chantilly. Voir mes photos. Nous avons fait un repas entre amis, moyenne payée 30€ avec un peu de vin et quelques cafés. Très correct vu la qualité. La salle est par contre très ordinaire. Une petite salle à l'arrière est au calme, plus petite terrasse où on peut aussi manger. Ce restaurant est aussi une crêperie.
