It's been a while since we went down to Carces that we wanted to eat in this restaurant that my family had sold to me as being very, very good. We're not going to lie, he's not good: HE'S EXCELLENT!!! Lovers of the Antilles and particularly Martinique, we had eaten very good dishes but not as good as those prepared in this restaurant. The dog sauce is killer and the accolades are to die for. In short, you will understand that we had a very good time. A very big thank you and it is very likely that during our next stay, we will come back.

We discovered this restaurant by pure chance and what a great discovery. Everything was succulent, from the Pinacolada, to the arranged rum, light acras, the excellent semi-cooked foie gras with incredible flavors, the Madras pot (grilled octopus, fillet of sea bream, prawns accompanied by a langoustine sauce and a puff pastry). of incredible potatoes. Finally, for dessert, a crunchy hazelnut cabbage, vanilla ice cream and melted chocolate. A very pleasant welcome and service. Everything is homemade and you can feel it. Congratulations to the chef and her team for her successfully revisited Caribbean cuisine. Don't hesitate to stop there... You won't be disappointed
