A treat for the taste buds!
I recently dined at this Chinese restaurant, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and pleasant surroundings put us at ease.
We started with the starters: beef bobuns, pork samosas and a delicious shrimp soup. Each dish was perfectly seasoned and prepared with care, a real explosion of flavors in the mouth!
For main courses, we tried Caramel Pork as well as Hot Shrimp and Vegetable Shrimp. The ingredients were fresh and the portions generous. The caramel pork was meltingly tender, with a slightly sweet sauce, while the shrimp had a well-balanced spicy touch that spiced up the dish just enough. The vegetables accompanied the shrimp perfectly, providing freshness and crunch.
For dessert, we opted for lychees and a vanilla mystery, followed by a scented tea to finish sweetly. It was the perfect finale to a flavorful and authentic meal.
In summary, I highly recommend this restaurant for those looking for authentic Chinese cuisine full of flavor. We had a great time and will definitely come back!
The pork with caramel is very good as is the beef with spicy sauce (not too spicy for my taste but I suppose that is to adapt to the French palate which does not eat too spicy!). Very warm welcome, big smile and good atmosphere.
