Le Mandarin sur Nice

I would 100% recommend this restaurant if you want Vietnamese food in Nice. From the get go, the owners were extremely attentive and recommended us various foods to try. Since we arrived right at opening, the restaurant was empty and we got to chat with the owners, who recommended us various places to check out in the south of France, and even told us how the restaurant was the oldest Vietnamese restaurant in Nice. We were also given some complimentary prawn crackers and some of their in house drinks, which tasted quite good. The beef pho was good, and the beef balls were bouncy and flavourful. I would also recommend the fried Vietnamese spring rolls which were quite refreshing. Do book a table if you plan on coming since they had to start turning away people at around 7:30 since most of the tables were booked up.

Don't miss it, everything is good, fresh, and the service is impeccable.

We had a fabulous dining experience at Le Mandarin in Nice! The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, and gave us excellent recommendations for both the food and places to visit in the city. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was truly superb. We were also given a handmade keychain as souvenir which is so thoughtful. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Nice.

Pleasantly surprised, the service was friendly; they offered us a cocktail and shrimp chips. The food was decent, there are better options, but it's very family-oriented.

One week with French food only and had to have Asian food. Initially was hesitant as fusion Asian restaurants in the U.S. tend to not be as good, but here the pho broth tastes authentic, the owners are really sweet and one of them speaks perfect English. There’s both inside seating and outside street side seating.

The owners (I think) were both very nice! They were very welcoming and provided excellent service. It was the first time I'd had such delicious pho in the South of France 😭❤️❤️ Not only was it delicious, but they also gave us lollipops and little souvenirs. The owner's wife was especially adorable!

Complimentary fruit juice and prawn crackers make this restaurant have Outstanding hospitality. The owner was also really nice. For the food, all of them was delicious and they have a good value for money

Super friendly and generous owners, like an uncle one has. I've never been to a restaurant that gives you complementary drink, snack, and even key chain and lolipop after meal. Very cozy and warm vibe. We had nem nuong (grilled meatballs) and fried chicken, very authentic flavor
