Le mandarin sur Pithiviers

The place is small and charming. I found it clean. The food was good compared to the average in this area. I'd say the service could be improved, considering the paper napkins, but even more so the wait times, which were very long for me as I was in a hurry. In any case, I'll be back for a second visit.
