Limited number of tables, so booking ahead is a smart idea. 3. Service – 4.2/5 Staff mainly speak French, which can be tricky for visitors. Still, they try hard, smile often, and give recommendations. 4. Food – 4.5/5 Nearly everything ordered was tasty. Prices are fair and match the quality. 1. I've been going to the Mandarin for 40 years now; the spring rolls are amazing, and so is everything else.
