Good morning ! We had 2 tables of 7, so 14 people over a week, making a total of 70 lunch meals served to us. Most of us come from the countryside and local products are not really unknown to us; for sure... when you hear us say "their velvety?!... mmmmm! it looks like grandma's!!" This is a VERY good sign! As indicated above: 14 people, 70 meals and we were unanimous: very reasonable prices for this Quality, all well received, all served hot and on time, the young waiter still has 2-3 little things to learn but he has the whole future lies ahead of him for that! he already has the merit of having chosen the restaurant profession, which is very complicated. We discovered a young, smiling, dynamic and passionate team, which is everything our current society needs. Nice example. Don't give up and keep it up. The menu is not overrun with frills, which is also a guarantee of quality and freshness. We would like to clarify: every day we arrived first, we used the toilets before everyone else and every day they were perfect, however, we were also often the last to leave and therefore, the last to use them; too often restaurant owners are singled out for poor toilets, but the staff cannot be behind every "more than doubtful" customer who, because he is not at home, lets loose and thinks he can do anything. . One thing is certain: when we return to Montech, this is where we will come back!
