We had an excellent stay at Mas d’Aigret. The establishment is well located, making it easy to discover the city. The room was clean, comfortable and the view was breathtaking. The staff was welcoming and smiling, which made our experience even more pleasant. Breakfast, varied and tasty. The restaurant's dishes are tasty, but a little expensive in our opinion.

Very nice experience at Mas d'Aigret, both in the hotel and in the restaurant.
Two big strong points: the pleasant service from all the members of the establishment and the exceptional geographical location in Les Baux.
The rooms are tastefully decorated and the beautiful swimming pool is ideal for cooling off and enjoying this magnificent setting.
Well done, we will definitely come back!

We spent one night at the Mas during our visit to Les Baux and we enjoyed the place. The setting is very pleasant with swimming pool and cicadas singing. We were in the standard room with terrace which is private and secluded. Good breakfast and very welcoming staff. The big plus of this hotel is that it is 5 minutes walk from the entrance to the village and 10 minutes from the light quarries.

We loved everything about this restaurant: the idyllic setting at the foot of Château des Baux, the excellent meal from starter to dessert (not forgetting the splendid cheese platter) and the attentive and very professional service. A safe bet if you are in the region!

My paradise. I even hesitated to post a review, for fear that all these nice reviews would end up attracting too many people! This establishment is extraordinary: very simple, no fuss, you feel at home, but everything is impeccable: neat rooms, great staff, excellent meals, and then the farmhouse... the postcard absolute provence! This was my 3rd experience at Mas d'Aigret and I'm already hoping for my 4th. THANKS !

Warm welcome and impeccable service. The atmosphere was very relaxed and we immediately felt at home. The staff took great care of us.

Nous sommes venus manger en famille un midi du mois de juin.
Le cadre est très beau et reposant.
Les places de parking à l'extérieur du restaurant sont payantes mais on peut se garer à l'intérieur.
Le repas était vraiment bon, il n'y a rien à dire.
Mais les prix sont vraiment excessifs et ne correspondent tout de même pas au repas.
A croire qu'on paye le cadre du restaurant, dommage.

Soirée calme , reposante au pied du village des Baux de Provence, salade de tomate ancienne avec fraise et burrata, asperges vertes et blanches, agneau effiloché avec un Tian de pommes de terre et légumes de Provence , un tiramisu de fraises …. ne manquez pas de visiter la salle troglodyte du restaurant incroyable… service parfait
