Back on holiday on the French Riviera, we stopped in Nice. And just like the unmissable Cours Saleya and Place Massena, there's this charming bakery, "Les Petits Pains de Méditerranée," which offers a variety of fresh, high-quality dishes and pastries. The lovely couple who own it always welcome you with such warmth and friendliness! We'll definitely be back! A little nod to the brioche from Nanterre 😉

We just had a wonderful breakfast at "Les Petits Pains de Méditerranée" and we'll definitely be back! The service was warm and friendly with genuine smiles, and the bread and pastries were made fresh on-site and were delicious. I highly recommend the sourdough baguette—one of the best I've ever had! Breakfast included a hot drink, orange juice, half a baguette with butter and jam, and a pastry. Yum!

A very nice place with authentic bakery and pastries. Chatting with the manager was very nice and the food of very high quality. It will be our spot for breakfast in Nice, for sure.

You absolutely must try everything at this bakery! The chocolate croissants, the tarts, the savory items—everything is excellent and served by a lovely couple. The best pain au chocolat (chocolatine) in Nice!! Everything is homemade with excellent flour, and there's a wide variety of breads... A MUST-TRY

Excellent establishment. For all their products: bread, pastries, and savory items like quiches and sandwiches. The owners are very kind and efficient. I highly recommend it.

22/08/2026: A completely ordinary Tuesday evening at 8:00 PM – and yet something special. Local, cozy and with a wonderful atmosphere. The food was nothing short of fantastic: Risotto with gambas – perfectly cooked. Vegetarian pizza with squash cream, mozzarella, grilled squash and eggplant – flavorful and light at the same time. A glass of white Burgundy that was sitting right in the cupboard. And as the icing on the cake: a heavenly reinterpretation of Tarte Tatin.
