My absolute favorite spot. Every time I'm in town, I have to eat here. They have the best sandwiches I've ever had (especially the ham and butter and the Serrano ham). Everything is excellent, even the desserts. Everything is homemade with quality ingredients, and it shows. The owners are lovely and always smiling. I recommend it 100%!

A hidden gem in Toulouse! I highly recommend 12h37. Everything is homemade and seasonal, from the small starter salads to the delicious sandwiches. Special mention goes to the recipes, which change weekly: the mix of vegetables, herbs, and sometimes fruit is always a winner. The welcome is very warm, you feel right at home. Go for it!

A pleasant experience, a very good sandwich with a combination of deviled egg and ham with arugula, and for dessert, a chocolate and date cookie. A great place, the owners take the time to chat with everyone, we'll gladly return.
