Le Midi Trente-et-Un sur Toulouse

I stumbled upon this bar by chance today, fantastic staff with big smiles and a delicious vegetarian sandwich 100/10

I was quite disappointed to find so few bakeries offering baguette sandwiches when I moved to Toulouse. Thank you, Midi 37, for offering them, and especially for offering such delicious ones. Every recipe is a delightful discovery of flavors, and the bread is always excellent. I even enjoy the desserts, which are just the right amount of sweet to finish on a sweet note! And thank you for your always warm and friendly welcome! PS: For sandwich lovers, the price of €8.20 is definitely worth it!

I absolutely love this amazing little sandwich shop! The decor is homemade, with vintage plates and chairs, sandwiches made with local ingredients, bursting with flavor when you bite into them, unique drinks, local coffee, and a super friendly couple running it all! Plus, they change the menu every week, so go without hesitation! Good mood :) 🫶

Freshness, a perfect balance of flavors, and exceptional service from Fifi and Anne. The city's must-try sandwich spot – don't miss it!

A chance discovery and a real joy!

I saw it on a cooking show, and there's no comparison. Try it and you'll be hooked. Impeccable sandwich quality, a warm and friendly welcome—I recommend this place 100%. For me, the best sandwiches in Toulouse.

My absolute favorite spot. Every time I'm in town, I have to eat here. They have the best sandwiches I've ever had (especially the ham and butter and the Serrano ham). Everything is excellent, even the desserts. Everything is homemade with quality ingredients, and it shows. The owners are lovely and always smiling. I recommend it 100%!

I stopped by today to buy a Serrano ham sandwich, and what a great idea that was! The sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the others looked mouthwatering. Not to mention the exceptional service. I highly recommend it!

Exceptional sandwich (freshness, sourcing of products, quality of seasoning, generous portion) at a more than reasonable price. Warm and courteous welcome.

A hidden gem in Toulouse! I highly recommend 12h37. Everything is homemade and seasonal, from the small starter salads to the delicious sandwiches. Special mention goes to the recipes, which change weekly: the mix of vegetables, herbs, and sometimes fruit is always a winner. The welcome is very warm, you feel right at home. Go for it!
