Wow!! Since the takeover by a new manager, I'm blown away! The waitresses are incredibly friendly, and I received a wonderful welcome. And the food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is still as warm and inviting as ever; perhaps the heating could have been turned up just a little. Otherwise, it was truly fantastic!

Exactly the right meal after a long walk in the snow! Especially “the dish of the day”, the cordon bleu was perfectly crispy, juicy and filled with delicious Munster cheese and really nicely smoked ham in it.
and we recommend trying the pinot gris wine too!

A beautiful little inn on the shores of Lac Blanc, in a stunning setting! We enjoyed a delicious spaeziflette with Munster cheese and a generous slice of blueberry tart to finish on a high note! We highly recommend it; a wonderful reward after a great hike around the lake.
