Open one Sunday lunchtime per month, with a few friends I went there last Sunday. A super well-balanced cocktail with unusual appetizers (super good). For my part, I ate really well, the Spanish cassoulet was excellent (just what I need for me who is a big eater) as well as the frozen nougat made by Dylan, accompanied by a chocolate fondant and a warm chocolate sauce. . a delight. Dylan spent some time with us at the end of the meal at the end of his shift: he loves his work and he is always looking for new things. We were also very well received by the manager who even offered me a small glass of champagne when paying the bill which I did not accept since I was hitting the road right after but the offer was nice and he offered an aperitif for a 99 year old lady. Well done, great time spent with my friends... To do it again very soon... 🙂 (when we are delighted we have to let it be known... for me it's done! Thank you for this delicious moment)
