Excellent welcome and presentation, the staff is warm and the service fast (mention for the Parisian sandwich which is a little architectural treasure of ingenuity that would make this imposter Baron Haussman turn green with jealousy)

Standard boulangerie food (sandwiches, pastries, beverages), but exceptional old building and corner location on the canal. A great place to meet a friend for coffee or a cheap lunch. Decent seating both inside and out.

It was the first place we went to after landing in Toulouse, with a friend who lives there. And those buns were a great welcome to La France for our palate! If I return to Toulouse, I will visit it as a ritual to have a good time in the city.

Nice, good breakfast with baguette :) Just that the table wasn’t clean. Only one girl working was too much, another employee would be better to take care of the table work and cleaning and help with payments.
