However since there is a lady who answers the phone who is unpleasant she says that it is no longer possible since Covid when that is false we received lots of deliveries after Covid. This time I spoke to Mr KOUMY on the phone who was very courteous and very professional unlike the lady in the morning. I was delivered and confirm that the remarks made by the lady are false. For the professionalism of Mr KOUMY and the apologies he made to me for his colleague I change my opinion to 5*.
