Super personal Good advice and patience!!! Not knowing the pizza menu, I was lucky to be welcomed by Ines who took great care of me from the start to the end of my order. Experience of my take-out order: order taken by Inès who agreed to wait for me to come and collect my pizzas. Closing at 10:30 p.m., arrived at 10:42 p.m. and the team was waiting for me with a smile. Thank you for the welcome and the service, I will come back 👍👍👏👏

Here the cuisine is a marriage, a fusion even between the traditional dishes of Asian cuisine and the modernity brought by the creativity of Chef Benjamin. 11/12/2024: We had an exceptional time at L’Esturgeon in Poissy, as a family, with a table of 12 people. Everyone was delighted! The dishes were delicious: scallops, duck breast, foie gras... From starter to dessert, everything was perfect. A big thank you to the team for their delicate attention on the occasion of the birthday of one of the guests, the personalized dessert was very appreciated. A real treat, with a warm and attentive team. We will come back with great pleasure! Congratulations to the whole team for this unforgettable moment and thank you to the chefs!
