We had a wonderful time at lunch. The food was excellent, with some delightful surprises. The service was impeccable, with an incredibly kind team.

A very good restaurant. Delicious gourmet cuisine paired with a good Chablis. The price of a glass seemed a bit high to me. Excellent service in a spacious and authentic dining room. We will return.

We had the pleasure of a dinner for two; the setting is soothing, overlooking the Eure river, offering the observation of its wildlife...fish, coypu, bats, highlighted by illuminations...all while awakening our taste buds with local dishes, championed by a culinary and service team...thank you!

While visiting Chartres with my husband, we were recommended this lovely restaurant by the water, situated in a charming setting. The dishes are surprising but delicious. Although the atmosphere could have been a little warmer, we highly recommend this establishment.
