However, it perhaps lacks that little touch of originality and creativity that would truly surprise the palate. The flavors are pleasing, but one sometimes wishes to discover slightly more adventurous combinations. With such a focus on ingredients, it would be worthwhile to push the boundaries of creativity even further to highlight their best qualities. The service, on the other hand, is a real success. Attentive, professional, and pleasant, it perfectly complements the meal and greatly contributes to the quality of the experience. A true strength of the establishment. The setting also deserves mention, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages you to take your time and fully enjoy the moment. In short, a very good place to eat well, with carefully selected products, a commendable commitment to local sourcing, quality service, and a charming setting. We had a very pleasant meal with many different flavors, a friendly setting, a cozy atmosphere, and no complaints about the service. We would recommend this establishment. In our opinion, the dishes were served lukewarm, perhaps to better appreciate the flavors.
