A second visit and lunch at your establishment: everything was perfect in every way. We were pampered by Christian, a young waiter with a promising future. Attentive and clearly enjoying introducing us to the dishes we had chosen. We look forward to our third visit very soon!

The setting on the banks of the Eure is magnificent, and the atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming. The dishes are refined, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with wonderful flavor combinations. The service is also very pleasant, discreet, and professional. An excellent restaurant in Chartres that I wholeheartedly recommend for couples or families!

Good food with original flavors, portions a bit small, so big eaters beware... a few extra grams would be appreciated. Don't hesitate to order your dessert at the beginning of your meal, because afterwards they tell you there's a 25-minute wait (??), which I find unjustified. Friendly servers.
Nevertheless, a good time spent with family enjoying original flavors.
NB: be aware, the restaurant is not air-conditioned... so if it's very hot... (?)

Visiting for the first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we were unfortunately disappointed… Indeed, we initially ordered two mojitos that we felt were made from a commercially purchased base and sold for €13: very expensive and of poor quality for a restaurant of this type! Then we found that the rest of the meal lacked taste, flavor, and originality in the ingredients used and the combinations (€76 menu).

We had a very pleasant time in a relaxing setting under the old wash house on the banks of the Eure River.
We particularly enjoyed the starter, whipped ash-coated goat cheese with fennel tagliatelle.
The cuisine is inventive and refined.
The service was impeccable.
We will be back soon!

Dinner for two for my birthday.
What a magnificent setting, a relaxing place, and impeccable service.
The food was wonderful; I loved it.
I also want to thank the chef, the kitchen staff, and the entire team for accommodating my food intolerance (gluten). It's always nice to be able to enjoy a meal with peace of mind and without feeling like you're inconveniencing anyone. Since the allergen list is available upon request, they also offered to check the order with me to make sure everything was okay.
I had a very pleasant time with my husband at Moulin de Ponceau.
Thank you, we will certainly repeat this experience in our lovely town.
