A truly wonderful culinary discovery: excellent, refined, and perfectly executed cuisine with ideal proportions. The setting itself is incredibly charming and really contributes to a pleasant experience. However, it's a shame that the service didn't live up to the food. We were particularly disappointed not to find anyone who could properly advise us on wine selection. Similarly, the waitress wearing dark glasses left us rather perplexed: the plates were placed on the table without any explanation of the dishes or their ingredients, whereas a few words would have greatly enhanced our appreciation of the work done in the kitchen. Furthermore, when we spoke to her, her repeated comments seemed quite inappropriate and unfortunately detracted from the conviviality of the meal. It's a real shame, because in an establishment of this caliber, the welcome, attentiveness, and helpful advice of the staff are essential to the overall enjoyment of the experience. The food is remarkable and the setting is full of charm, but the service deserves more warmth, attention and professionalism to live up to the quality of the food.

We enjoyed lunch on the terrace at the end of August; the setting overlooking the river is very pleasant. The service was excellent. The dishes were beautifully prepared. A truly wonderful experience.
