Excellent with an incredible setting

Disappointment. We visited this restaurant several years ago and were delighted with it. The food was high quality, with flavor combinations that truly pleased our palates. Today, what we ate was good, but nothing more; the subtle touch was gone. The ingredients were of good quality, but there was no explosion of flavors. The langoustine with olive lacked precision; the olive flavor overpowered the dish. The beef, ordered rare, was cooked medium, and the foie gras was dry, not juicy, and overcooked. Today, the price is not justified. They need to recreate inventive cuisine.
