A lovely property on the banks of the seine with a private island , pool and lots of grounds. We stayed for three nights with evening meal every day. Nothing better than coming “home “ to the hotel after traveling all day and receiving a warm welcome from the friendly staff, sitting by the river for a cocktail and then enjoying the evening meal. Exactly the advantages of a small family run boutique hotel. Highly recommended
We stayed overnight at Le Moulin des Connelles and also had dinner and breakfast. It was absolutely fabulous and so welcoming to us and our dog. The owner Karine Petiteau was a delight and a wonderful host as were her staff. The location is stunning, peaceful and scenic, exactly what we needed after a long trip. Dinner was tasty and breakfast likewise. It is an excellent stopping off point to or from Calais, especially for our dog who loved the island and river setting where we could walk. Karine allows dogs in all areas of the hotel which made dinner and breakfast a stress free and unrushed joy. The characterful bedroom was really pleasant and we had a truly lovely stay. It isn’t cheap but you absolutely get what you pay for. We hope to return. Merci pour votre hospitalité!
