The explanation of the dishes was a bit too theatrical for our taste.
The staff was fantastic, the food was excellent, as was the wine selection.
The location was magnificent.

A few small details that are important. The menu isn't clear.
You have the option of choosing between 4, 5, and 7 courses. However, you don't get to select them.
Apparently, we weren't the only ones who didn't understand this. It would be helpful to clarify this 😉
The second point that shocked us: they charge €1 per person for tap water by the carafe… Given the price of the menus, it's a shame to charge extra for tap water…
