An enchanting setting amidst lush countryside... Dinner was a veritable symphony of culinary delights, from appetizer to dessert, with both generous and refined dishes... A particular favorite was the house Americano, perfectly balanced. An address to discover and recommend without hesitation.

The food was fantastic, beautifully presented and flavorful. The menu is varied and makes excellent use of local produce. The service was impeccable, with food and drinks served simultaneously. The location is unique, overlooking the cogs of the old watermill, but the interior is a bit sparse, but that's a matter of taste. I highly recommend the restaurant.

A fabulous place, the owner, the waiters, the menu, everything is fantastic, it's the second time we've come, it's a bit far from home but it's worth the trip 😀

The setting is pleasant, but the welcome is disappointing. The service left something to be desired. We hadn't even finished our appetizer before our starter was served. The gourmet menu was very average. The meat was served coarsely and not at all tender.

We had a wonderful time at Moulin Du Fossard. From the aperitif (with appetizers and a delicious cocktail) to the dessert, everything was delicious. The flavors were seasonal. The staff is very welcoming. We recommend this restaurant without hesitation. 2 people. Sat. 10/27/25

Business lunch on September 9th Friendly welcome Short menu with seasonal produce, well-prepared and beautifully presented. A very good and reasonably priced Chablis from La Chablisienne. We'll be back. Thank you.
