Great family stay with a comfortable chalet and lots of activities that kept our days busy.

We had a superb family stay. The center park is the most beautiful in France in our eyes. It is a very relaxing place with enough entertainment. It’s a shame that some activities were not open in winter. The maintenance department was very responsive to our requests. Very welcoming staff. We will come back. Too bad the shuttle to Disney costs money. The accommodation was not super clean, especially under the furniture or on the sofa.

An excellent stay despite the unfavorable weather conditions

Everything on this site is excellent and I would highly recommend visiting. We have a 3.5 and 1 year old, perfect for them. Only issue was cleanliness of the apartment.

We booked a midweek trip to Center Parcs because of a visit to Disneyland Paris. The park is large and fully equipped. Fortunately it was not very busy, I think it can be very busy in high season. Due to the quiet period, facilities were also open to a limited extent, but this did not cause any problems. We had a VIP apartment. This included a massage shower and large bubble bath. We thoroughly enjoyed this! After a day at Disney, it was wonderful to take a dip in a warm bubble bath. If I have to complain about something, it is that the mattress is not of top quality. I felt the suspension. There is no real reception, but there is no shortage of service. You can easily contact us via WhatsApp. We had no towels on arrival and after a message they were in our apartment after swimming. The pool… wow! Really huge, lots of slides that are also very cool. You do see some overdue maintenance here and there, but that didn't spoil the fun. Disneyland is very easy to reach via a bus that runs every 15 minutes (?). You can travel to Disneyland for just €2.50 one-way (€2.00 via the app). You can only pay in cash on the bus. The Paris public transport app is very simple to use! We also went to the center of Paris for a day. This was also very easy to reach by public transport (bus to Disneyland and from there by train to Paris). A day ticket costs €12.00 and you can use all transport options. All in all, had a wonderful stay. We would love to come back again

This center parks is huge but difficult to locate. Restaurant prices are really exorbitant and drinks are not even talked about. This does not encourage consumption but rather restrictions. Excellent welcome everywhere except at the bakery, not friendly staff. The cottage was dirty, dishes and bedding were missing. We saw two rats on our terrace as a nice entertainment. The swimming pool is huge, that's great, but the one outside is… uninteresting. No activity, no wild river, just a little stream of water too bad! The jacuzzi was broken at 1:30 p.m. and emptied for a 3-day weekend, which is a lot of hassle considering the price we pay for the stay! Quite a few things to review but overall we are happy and will come back if certain things change.

Stay from January 20 to 24, 2025 – 2 adults and 1 baby Our stay at Center Parcs Village Nature leaves a mixed opinion. Let's start with the positives. The proximity to Disneyland Paris is a real asset, the park being accessible in just 8 minutes by car. Regarding the infrastructure, we particularly appreciated the diversity and quality of the spaces dedicated to children: numerous outdoor play areas, but also a spacious indoor area perfectly suited to this time of year. The farm, with its easily approachable animals, has also delighted young and old alike. The Aquamundo is one of the strong points of the site: spacious and varied, it offers a multitude of activities, ranging from thrilling slides to wave pools, without forgetting areas dedicated to children and babies, as well as a relaxation area. However, one major downside: the water temperature. This, insufficiently heated, makes the experience sometimes unpleasant, especially with a baby. The breakfast, although correct, lacks originality and does not stand out for its quality. As for the accommodation, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the furniture and appliances, the standard of which borders on luxury. These amenities provide real comfort and contribute to the general impression of a high-end stay. However, this comfort was largely compromised by technical problems. The hot water in the bathtub was not working properly, a problem we reported on day one. Despite a call to reception at 5 p.m., the technician did not show up until 10 p.m., an inappropriate time to resolve such a problem, especially with a baby. The next day, a new intervention took place around 2 p.m., but the problem persisted: the water remained lukewarm, which forced us to fill the bathtub manually using a basin, an uncomfortable situation to say the least in the middle of month of January. We also regret the absence of a shower head in the bathtub when we arrived, an essential detail. This was installed by the technician after our report. Finally, it is regrettable that no thorough verification of accommodation is carried out before the arrival of visitors. In conclusion, although the site and its infrastructure are generally pleasant and suitable for families, these technical inconveniences tarnished our experience. Better management of accommodation and increased attention to the comfort of visitors, particularly families with children, would be necessary to fully justify the standard expected of this type of establishment.

We come back here often. This time we got cottage 5941 This time too we had a very nice cottage with a beautiful view Especially for me as an avid bird watcher. Everything is within walking distance, we thought we were on a remote corner, but the shop / swimming pool were closer than we thought Minuses: Lack of pots and pans in the kitchen (probably brought from previous landlords, which is very sad behavior, shame on you all) The door of our fireplace was missing (yes, I can't figure this out either... Also included I think 🤷🏻‍♂️😅) But despite the above We had a very pleasant stay See you soon, Village Nature ❤️
