10/07/2026: My friend and I went to eat at Auberge de Marrakech: the food was delicious and very generous. The owner is very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend it!

02/05/2026: Delicious food and great hospitality. We tried the tagine lamb and grilled chicken, both delicious. Very charming restaurant in cute little village.

28/08/2026: Good burger, but an outrageously expensive bill. Kids' meals are around €15, which is really steep, especially for children aged 3 and 6. Regular burgers, served with fries but without a drink, start at €18, and extras cost at least €2. In short, we ended up with a hefty bill of €70 for four people (two adults and two children under 6), without drinks or dessert. All this just to order at a kiosk, eat at an uncleaned table, and from plastic containers. It's better than McDonald's, but it's not worth three times the price. Ouch…

25/08/2026: Far too expensive for the quality offered.

04/08/2026: We stayed (2 Adults, 1x3 year, 1x2 Month infant) in a VIP cottage from July 13 to July 20 and generally had a very good time. The playground, the swimming pool and the farm are fantastic, especially for families with children. We cannot fully understand many of the very negative reviews. The park is currently struggling with the extreme dry weather, but this did not spoil our holiday. Unfortunately, there is one major problem. We left some personal items in the cottage and noticed this when unloading the car. We know exactly where we left them. We have received no reply to our emails, and on the phone we are repeatedly told to wait. When a lost and found service is offered, it should also work. We are very disappointed that our belongings have still not been returned.

04/07/2026: The stay itself at Villages Nature was lovely, but sadly, the customer service and aftercare is non-existent and possibly the worst I have ever experienced across all my travels. I accidentally left my Kindle in my room upon checkout. Because I knew exactly where I had left it, I expected it to be a very straightforward process to contact the resort and have someone check the room. Instead, over the course of three weeks, I have sent three separate emails and spoken to three different individuals—communicating in both English and French to ensure there was no language barrier—and I have still had absolutely no response or resolution. While the park is nice, future guests should be highly concerned. If you leave anything behind or require any customer care after your stay, be warned that you will potentially not be supported whatsoever.
