Attractive menu, pleasant decor, top service

Quiet atmosphere in the garden, and a quality meal

Good time spent in this restaurant in Chevreuse. Excellent cuisine, well presented plate, with a rare detail: the Normandy hole! Not a fan of dessert, I really enjoyed the fresh fruit gazpacho to finish the meal.

Very pleasant garden, friendly service and the chef comes to explain his dishes to you (2 varied menus, sufficient and refined + vegetarian possible) Farandole of very fine accompaniments. In short, a pleasant, good address and fair prices

Overall, we were satisfied with the meal, except for the overcooked eggs. They are made in a metal pan, which continues to sizzle (and therefore cook) all the way to the table. As a result, the yolks were almost hard. At home, I make them in a bain-marie in ramekins, and I don't have this problem. We were with two children and no menu was planned for them. It's a shame ! Especially since they didn't even have the possibility of choosing a single dish, they had to take a complete menu, or nothing. We had to choose dishes for us that suited them and share, because they would not have been able to eat an entire menu.

endroit surfait avec un accueil agréable des 2 jeunes femmes mais un air supérieur du chef. menu pompeux en termes mais rien d'exceptionnel dans les plats avec une quantité minimale. 2 menus obligatoires avec amuse bouche et minuscule "trou normand" que vous payez bien sûr. la viande bavette (donc de flanchet ) était ferme et les légumes identiques pour tous les plats et les mêmes au fil des années à en croire les photos dans les autres avis. bon point pour le feuilleté en entrée mais pas pour la soupe d'asperge sans aucun goût. quant aux desserts, le clafoutis n'en est pas un et la panna cotta très gélatineuse avec coulis de mangue quasi inexistant. Quant au rapport qualité/prix , très négatif (19.90 euros un pot lyonnais de rosé d'oc, les spécialistes apprécieront!). Je note 3 pour la vaisselle et les nappes et serviettes tissu mais la cuisine et les prix valent 2.

A smiling welcome, friendly service from the chef, his wife and the staff. Original, delicious dishes, everything is homemade with fresh produce. The plates are copious, which is rather rare in gastronomic establishments, 3 out of 4 guests were not able to finish their dish (I did it, but only out of greed because I was already quite full) The garden is very pretty, the tables are spaced apart, I think we could put at least twice as many tables, which means we are far from being on top of each other and it's better that way . The chef's visit, visibly listening to his customers. It is not for nothing that this restaurant has been working well for a long time despite the number of restaurants there are in Chevreuse. We had a great time as a family. I recommend this address.

We had booked online but were not informed in advance that outside service was imposed. Apart from that, the weather is still very cool. Some of us were cold Furthermore, as the service was extremely long, we arrived at 8 p.m. and left at 11 p.m. where we were cold. And some of the desserts (sorbets) were not noted when ordering. L'accueil est poli, sans plus ! Le cadre est désuet. Cependant, il y a de l’espace entre les tables et des nappes et serviettes sont en tissu. Le repas est somme tout correct (filet de bœuf très tendre) mais l’ accompagnement est identique pour tous les plats et il n’y a pas de saveurs originales. Le service a été rapide. Au final, une légère déception prédomine.
