The change of ownership is fantastic. I travel to Fontenay often, I'm a regular there, and this change is a welcome change. From the new kitchen to Ryan at the bar, it's always a pleasure.

A regular at the Novotel hotel, in the same building. Excellent restaurant with a short menu, as everything is homemade. Ideal for a quiet meal after a busy day.

18/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in Fontenay-sous-Bois! We had a fantastic time at Les Clanchistes. The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and it made us want to come back. The dishes were sophisticated, delicious, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. You can tell there's real care put into both the food and the customer experience. A place I highly recommend!

07/07/2026: Our breakfast experience was very disappointing. Breakfast was served until 10:00, so we arrived at 9:30, within the established timeframe. However, upon arrival, they were already clearing away almost everything. There were no utensils available, and we had to take a fork from a table that was already set for lunch so my son Agustín could eat his cereal. Furthermore, when we asked one of the waitresses for help, she responded rudely, giving the impression that we were bothering them by arriving "late," even though there were still 30 minutes until closing time. If the staff is unwilling to serve guests until 10:00, then they should adjust the breakfast hours. But if they announce that service ends at that time, they should keep the buffet fully stocked and provide the same level of service and friendliness until the very last minute.
